This notice explains what data Jihaz collects when you use the app, why, and the choices you have. Jihaz is a CRM for furniture workshops; most processing happens for signed-in operators of a workshop account.
Data we collect
Account data you provide (name, email, organization) and operational data you enter (leads, deals, estimates, commercial proposals). We also collect basic usage and device information.
Product analytics (PostHog)
We use PostHog to understand how operators use the app so we can improve it. Analytics is active for signed-in sessions and is identified to your user account. Events are processed on PostHog Cloud EU.
Cookies & local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus PostHog cookies and local storage to measure usage and stitch your activity across pages. These are required for the app and analytics to function.
Feedback surveys
We may show in-app surveys (via PostHog) to collect your feedback. Answering is optional, and responses are linked to your account.
Data retention & location
Operational data is kept while your account is active. Analytics data is stored on PostHog Cloud EU under PostHog's retention policy.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
